This blend is a tale of contrasting flavors combined using two different roast levels and specific percentages to bring out each origins best notes to produce an interesting and flavorful cup.

Sumatra brings heavier notes of dark chocolate, pipe tobacco, cedar and brown sugar while the Ethiopia adds a clean, bright finish with notes of berries and citrus. Note: this offering is only available in the single roast level as described.
