Guatemala produces some excellent coffee, and this is a well-rounded cup from light to dark roasts. Fruits and sweetness are pronounced in lighter roasts while medium dark to dark still offer hints of those along with chocolate in a rich, smooth and non-bitter cup. Try as a single origin for espresso.
