Classic example of a quality Columbian coffee that offers a great taste profile throughout the roast levels. Notes of chocolate, black cherry, brown sugar and hint of nuts. Tends to start with sweet fruit and finish with more of a bittersweet chocolate. Holds up very well as a dark roast with a smooth texture.
